Many iPhone users came across error 53 iPhone bricking because they had their phone repaired by companies that are not approved by Apple. The quick frustrations that filled out the web couldn’t get pass Apple and law firms.
Hearing about lawsuit Apple iPhone Bricked news is not surprising. A lot of people who purchased their iPhone were eager to sue the company because of the horrible error 53 they suddenly got. When the iPhone is bricked it no longer can be used as the phone. It is impossible to turn it on and restore. You really get a brick in your pocket but it is a pretty pricey brick.
The law company PCVA got Apple sued over error 53. The company decided ti file this lawsuit to help all the affected consumers to have their bricked smartphones fixed by Apple [users also experience issues with Apple Pay outage]. Of course, the ‘fruit’ giant is expected to provide the repair cost for free to all those who are affected by error 53.
It is curious that Apple explains the error 53 as security measure used to protect ‘fruit’ consumers. The law company believes security doesn’t stand behind this issue because a lot of iPhone users who repairs their device a while ago were able to use it without any problems until recently when error 53 suddenly surfaced and bricked the phone.
It’s true that there is no document that warns iPhone users about their gadget self-destructing itself one they update or download new software. Customers didn’t know that such damage could be done because clear explanations were absent.
Right now if you get the error code 53 you should know that your iPhone is completely dead. Unless Apple repairs it or replaces with a working smartphone. Would the Cupertino-based giant be forced to help users who are affected or not? What do you think?
