French Orange network might offer some interesting Orange iPhone 6s deals in the future. The carrier notes that Apple could provide third-party programs the access to its ‘fruit’ smartphone NFC chip. Right now such access is impossible.
If Orange iPhone 6 / 6s users have this access available they would be already using Orange Cash. This is the mobile payment system offered by Orange carrier. As noted by the network’s CEO Stephanie Richard, the famous Cupertino-based company is ‘ready to integrate’ but it doesn’t say when exactly iPhone Orange Cash support is to come.
Currently the iPhone creator blocks all third-party services and applications from accessing the NFC chip. Thus all mobile payments except Apple Pay are not possible on the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6s lineup in France and other countries across the globe.
Orange Cash iPhone app could support payment system as soon as Apple gives third-party services the access to the chip. Orange has over 100,000 users in France and all these people could start paying for purchases with their iPhone.
There are different mobile systems that iPhone owners might wanna use if Apple stops limiting them to Apple Pay only which is available in a small number of countries. Right now the ‘fruit’ payment system is available in the U.S., the UK, Canada, China and Australia.
By the way, if you are using iPhone Orange phone in France or other European country you can unlock it to use with any carrier you like. iPhone Orange SIM factory unlock supports all mobile operators from all over the world. This is a safe distant service that makes it possible to all users to choose their carriers, data plans and switch SIMs whenever you wish.
