According to EE, it has got over 5.7 million users who joined its 4G network last year. This is a great result, since it makes the mobile company the largest United Kingdom carrier with the superfast networks.
EE UK iPhone 6 purchase might be a good choice for users who live in this country, because it aims at the fast speeds which work with the seventh-generation Apple smartphones so well. While the operator had a goal of getting 6 million subscribers by the end of 2014, it beated this target and got 7.7 million users instead.
As EE also reports, its subscribers uploaded / downloaded 6 times more 4G data than it used to be in 2013. iPhone 6 and other gadget users mostly shared videos and photographs through social networks and streamed video files.
EE 4G speeds in London and other UK busy areas should be introduced in 2015. The company targets to get more subscribers and double the capacity across its networks which are to be expanded.
Right now the company can cover only around 80 percent of UK population and this number might reach 98 percent by the end of 2015, according go EE’s plans.
