Foxconn is working with different Apple products. It helps manufacturing iPhones and other gadgets. The list includes iPad models, different Mac machines and others. This is the reason why Foxconn has so many factory workers all across China. No matter how many people are helping to assemble iPhones – Apple is often in need for more devices. There are times when the demand for new generation iPhone is so high that the company cannot meet the demand and has to postpone shipment times.

Right now Foxconn is in search for more real workers because it has to finish assembling enough iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models. However the idea to replace workers with robots could help the company in the future as it could roll out more machines when needed.

Kunshan factory is the first one to deploy robots. Other companies are planning to follow the trend and replace their workers with iPhone assembling robots.
